Privacy

Cherry Pie Designs will not collect or retain any personal information except for the information knowingly supplied by yourself when you either purchase a product or make an inquiry. Your personal information will never be realeased to a thrid party wihtout your consent. we are committed to security and will take all reasonable steps to make sure that all your personal information is secured. We will not send you email advertising information unless you have agreed or requested to recieve it.

Discontinued items

We will do our best to keep all items on our site current. In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you and either not process any payment or issue you a full refund for the discontinuded item.

Block of the Month

Block of the month purchases must be made using your Mastercard or Visa card only. All charges will occur on or near the 1st of the month and goods will be sent out within 7 days. Please note that your commitment to sign up is your contract to complete the full program.

Refunds.

No refunds will be given to purchases if you “change your mind”. Refunds will only be given if the product is faulty and you have contacted me with 7 days of purchase. Any postage costs for return items must be met by the customer.

Postage Costs….I will always post your order in the most economical way for you. If you would like your order “insured” then please advise this in the notes section on your order form. Additional charges for “insured” orders will be at the customers expense and this will be added to your invoice total.

All postage is automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart.  To obtain the corrrect postage information for your region be sure to “Check” the drop down box below the invoice $ total. *** Orders over the value of $100 may incurr an additonal charge*** If there is a need for additonal postage fees I will contact you.

Australian shipping

All domestic mail will be sent by regular post unless otherwise requested.

International shipping

All international items will be sent via Australia Post’s Airmail service. Items over 2kg will automatically have a tracking number. If you would like insurance or tracking information for orders below 2kg then please request this when placing your order and I will inform you of this cost.
